Job Title: Busser – K38 Baja Grill ( Raleigh, NC)

At K38 Baja Grill, we bring the flavors of Baja Mexico to North Carolina with fresh, made-from-scratch food, a fun atmosphere, and genuine hospitality. With our newest location opening at Seaboard Station in Raleigh, we’re looking for motivated team members who want to grow with us and be part of something exciting.

Position Summary:

Bussers play a key role in keeping the restaurant running smoothly. You’ll support servers and hosts by ensuring tables are clean, organized, and ready for guests. If you enjoy working in a fast-paced environment, take pride in keeping things neat, and like being part of a strong team, this role is for you!

Responsibilities:

• Clear and reset tables quickly and efficiently

• Assist servers in maintaining a clean and organized dining room

• Restock service stations with supplies as needed

• Help maintain cleanliness in common areas (dining room, patio, etc.)

• Support overall team and guest satisfaction with a positive, helpful attitude

Qualifications:

• Previous restaurant or hospitality experience is helpful, but not required

• Strong work ethic and attention to detail

• Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment

• Team-oriented mindset and willingness to help wherever needed

• Reliable and punctual
