Server – K38 Baja Grill (New Location Opening – Seaboard Station, Raleigh, NC)

About Us:

K38 Baja Grill, part of the Live.Eat.Surf restaurant group, has been serving up fresh Baja-inspired flavors and an energetic dining experience for over 30 years. We’re opening our newest K38 in Seaboard Station, Raleigh, in mid-to-late November 2025—and we’re looking for friendly, motivated Servers to join our opening team.

What You’ll Do:

• Deliver excellent guest service with a warm and positive attitude

• Take orders, answer menu questions, and recommend items to enhance the guest experience

• Ensure accuracy and timeliness when entering orders and serving food and drinks

• Handle payments and transactions with care and accuracy

• Work closely with the front and back-of-house teams to create smooth, memorable service

What We’re Looking For:

• Prior serving experience in a fast-paced restaurant is preferred but not required—we’ll train the right people

• Strong communication and multitasking skills

• Outgoing personality with a genuine passion for hospitality

• Ability to stay calm, positive, and efficient under pressure

• Must be at least 18 years old to serve alcohol
