Job Summary:
We are seeking a talented Bartender to join our team. As a Bartender, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and creating a memorable dining experience for our guests. You will prepare and serve a variety of beverages, both alcoholic and non-alcoholic, while ensuring compliance with all health and safety standards. The ideal candidate is knowledgeable, personable, and passionate about delivering outstanding service.

Responsibilities:
- Greet guests and take their drink orders promptly and accurately
- Prepare and serve a variety of beverages, such as cocktails, beers, and wines, in accordance with recipes and established standards
- Maintain a clean and organized bar area, including stocking up supplies and cleaning glasses and utensils
- Engage with guests in a friendly and professional manner, ensuring their satisfaction and addressing any concerns or questions they may have
- Adhere to all health and safety regulations, including proper handling of alcoholic beverages, sanitation procedures, and responsible serving practices
- Upsell and promote specials and new menu items to increase revenue and guest satisfaction
- Collaborate with the kitchen and waitstaff to ensure smooth and efficient service
- Handle cash and credit card transactions accurately and efficiently, while following cash handling procedures
- Assist in training and mentoring new bartenders as needed

Qualifications:
- Previous experience as a Bartender or in a similar role is preferred
- Knowledge of different types of alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages, including their ingredients and preparation methods
- Strong customer service and communication skills, with the ability to interact with guests in a friendly and professional manner
- Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment, while maintaining attention to detail and quality
- Knowledge of health and safety regulations and responsible alcohol service practices
- Familiarity with POS systems and basic math skills for handling cash transactions
- Availability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as required
