Job Summary:
We are seeking a professional and customer-oriented Server to join our team. As a Server, you will play a vital role in ensuring an exceptional dining experience for our guests. You will be responsible for taking orders, serving food and beverages, and providing outstanding customer service. Responsibilities:
- Greet and welcome guests in a friendly and professional manner
- Take accurate food and drink orders from customers
- Provide recommendations and answer any questions regarding the menu
- Deliver food and beverages to tables in a timely manner
- Ensure customer satisfaction by checking on their needs throughout their dining experience
- Collaborate with the kitchen staff to ensure timely and accurate order delivery
- Upsell additional menu items and promotions
- Handle cash and credit card transactions accurately and efficiently
- Maintain a clean and well-organized work area
- Assist with opening and closing tasks as required

Qualifications:
- Previous experience as a Server or in a similar role is preferred but not required
- Exceptional customer service skills
- Ability to multitask and work effectively in a fast-paced environment
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Attention to detail and accuracy
- Ability to work well within a team
- Knowledge of food safety regulations is a plus
- Availability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays

Physical Requirements:
- Ability to stand and walk for extended periods
- Ability to lift and carry heavy trays or items
- Ability to withstand working in a busy and crowded environment
